"Queen of the Sea" had been brought form Peraliya to Hikkaduwa Railway Station recently, as it was blocking the water drainage.

Approximately 1,500 commuters were killed in the train, which was derailed and hit by the Tsunami. Most of the villagers got into the train compartments to safeguard their lives.

A tourist guide is explaining to the tourists at the Hikkaduwa Railway Station as what has happened to the train and the passengers on last year's boxing day.

The people say that, when they see the wrecked train, it reminds them of their loved ones.

The Hikkaduwa Railway Station officials complain that, it's a problem for them to control the crowd, which comes to take pictures at the Railway Station.

Although the wrecked train is moved from Peraliya to Hikkaduwa Railway Station, still bypassers visit the spot to take pictures.

Entry into the train is prohibited
